王若琳（Joanna Wang，1988年8月1日－），台灣創作型歌手。父親為知名音樂製作人王治平。首張唱片《Start From Here》中英文雙CD於2008年1月由Sony BMG 發行，被譽為台灣的諾拉·瓊斯、小野麗莎，歌聲風格頗有前述兩人的味道。

在美國長大的背景，使王若琳廣泛接觸經典西洋流行音樂，如披頭四、比利·喬等。同為左撇子的保羅·麥卡特尼是王若琳的偶像之一。發片期間以來，她已受邀上許多台灣電視節目表演，包括自創曲及其他經典中、西洋老歌。
